Ring Rescue Appoints New Members To Board Of Directors

Dartmouth, N.S., April 7, 2021: Ring Rescue Inc. a medical device company based out of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is pleased to announce the addition of two new and highly impactful members to our Board of Directors, Mike Hamilton and Randy Williamson.

Both Hamilton and Williamson bring with them vast experience in our key sectors and join the company at a pivotal time as we continue to grow our regional distributors in the US and develop new products to further our position as the authority in stuck ring removal worldwide.

Mike Hamilton is Region President, Canada and Latin America for Hillrom, a global medical technology leader, and he brings over 30 years’ leadership experience in healthcare and medical technology in both domestic and international markets. Mike is respected internationally for transforming business relationships and creating ground-breaking agreements that balance the achievement of key business growth-targets and customer outcome metrics. “As Ring Rescue reaches a critical point in its growth trajectory I’m confident in the unique product offering and the continued success they will see. Randy Williamson is a CPA, Senior Partner at Toronto law firm Aird & Berlis LLP and Independent Board Chair of The Stevens Company, Canada’s oldest medical products distributor. He brings 35+ years of experience as a public company senior executive, multiple business owner and strategic, financial and legal advisor. He has a particular focus on helping owners answer “What’s next?” for their businesses and themselves, and helping enterprises build value sustainably. On joining the Ring Rescue Inc.
